A Prorated Limited Warranty of 5/50 years is provided for LP SmartSide Siding (please visit www.lpcorp.com for detailed warranty terms).

All warranties are from date of purchase.

The warranty becomes valid under the following conditions:

The structure must be painted within 31 days of installation and consistently maintained afterward.

Before Starting any repairs T-rex Sheds has up to 45 days after receiving notice of a failure to investigate the damage. 

 

OBLIGATION 
For the built structures 

To validate your warranty, it’s crucial to maintain your structure properly. This includes painting the exterior of the structure within 31 days after installation using high-quality 100% acrylic latex exterior products. Applying two coats is essential to ensure adequate protection. Caulking is essential above all doors around windows and along trim boards. Painting and sealing are necessary for all exposed edges, sides, and faces of siding/trim. The warranty becomes invalid if damage results from the failure to adequately paint the product or from any alterations made to the structure deviating from its original intended purpose.

 

Exterior siding and interior subfloors should not be subjected to standing water or direct contact from sprinkler systems. It’s important to trim back any plant life or bushes to prevent contact with the shed. Please note that the warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, misuse, alterations, movement of the shed, or natural events. Belongings inside the structure are not covered by the warranty.
